Volunteers
If you are interested in volunteering for Hammer N' Ales, there will be two shifts: 4:00-7:30 and 7:30-11:00. If you work the first shift, you can turn in your name tag at the end of the shift for a complimentary entry/tasting package. If you work the second shift, you can bring your own empty growler and fill it at one tap at the end of your shift to take home.
If you are able to volunteer again, please go to this link the event volunteer form. Indicate clearly which shift you prefer and if you are interested in pouring beer or “other” and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please indicate if you have a current OLCC Servers Permit or License that will be valid on the date of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to pour beer, and you do not have a current OLCC Server’s Permit or License that is valid for the date of the event, read the pamphlet provided on the sign-up page, sign it and bring it with you the night of the event, along with your driver's license.
We will follow up with all volunteers regarding assigned times/duties once the schedule is finalized.
